and wireless networks or over the broadcast standard DVB-ASI interface.

USB MPEG-2
A/V Capture & Compress Reference Kit
The platform captures video from a Camcorder, VCR, satellite or
cable receiver, uses MPEG-2 to compress the audio and video, wraps
them with MPEG-2 Program Streams, and outputs the resultant data
using USB 1.1 connectivity. A software driver, using a Microsoft
Direct Show filter, captures the data for either real-time playback
or storage to the hard disk.
