Requirement:
- BS/MS EE/CS with 3+ years of experience in chip design.

Job Description: Design, implement, and maintain systems level middleware for our current and next generation real time video chips.

Requirement:
- BS/MS EE/CS with 3+ years of software development experience using C++.
- GUI design, ActiveX, DirectX and DirectShow Win32 system programming experience.
- Familiar with Linux system programming, MPEG video compression and WDM driver development is a plus.
- Microsoft MCE certification experience will be a huge plus.

Job Description: Develop, support Vweb's current and next generation MPEG A/V CODEC chips.

Requirement:
- 3-8 years of experience in development and technical support of graphic, video or CPU semiconductor chips.
- BS/MS in EE/CS with software, firmware, hardware experiences in semiconductor industry.
- Hands on engineering development; debugging, verification experiences in Video, graphic or CPU is a MUST.
- C, C++, assembly, software/microcode/hardware, MPEG encoder or decoder experiences are required.

SQA Engineer (Job code E07)

Responsibilities:
- Follow and enhance SQA processes and methodologies.
- Develop automated test suites for SDK release.
- Identify, track, and debug hardware/software defects and provide real-time test feedback.
- Develop test plans and test reports for all test activities.
- Work closely with HW/FW/SW designers.
Requirement:
- BS degree or higher in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent, with 2+ years working experience.
- Experience with video, audio, and system level testing.
- Understand the software product life cycles and have tested and shipped a product from start to completion.

Network Engineers: (Job code EE)

BS in CE or EE

Duties: Apply basic understanding of network and communications analysis to participate in the following tasks: routine analysis, test, and evaluation of network systems for development of multimedia products; perform routine video network modeling and characterization; and assist senior network engineer in proposing network hardware and software to improve the compression efficiency of advanced video codes. Will be monitored and reviewed by senior network analysts in performing the duties.

Video Microcode Specialists (Job code VM)

Responsibilities:
- Develop next generation multimedia compression chip, including H.264 and WMV.
- Develop compression chip architecture for multimedia system, including Program Stream, Transport Stream and MP4 format.
- Will use embedded system programming languages, including C/C++ and Assembly. Will supervise one junior microcode engineer who conducts routine video microcode development for multimedia compression chip.

Requirement:

VP of Marketing & Sales

Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for the operations budget, ensures proper record keeping, documentation, and dispersal activities adhere to company policies. Protects the interests of the Company in accordance with legal requirements and governmental guidelines;
Develops and oversees the sales function, including proposal responses, contract updates, account management, sales reporting and presentations. Ensuring the department employees and sales plan are organized to achieve maximum sales volume. Plans and directs contract, billing and office management to improve and maintain optimal process workflow, vendor management, revenue reporting and general support
