Sho Long Chen, Ph.D. - President, CEO and Chairman

Dr. Chen, the founder of Vweb Corporation and StreamMachine, has more than twenty years of engineering and executive management expertise in DRAM, CPU and MPEG at Mosel-Vitelic, Nexgen Microsystem, SMOS & Fairchild R & D. She has successfully developed 3 generations of MPEG video CODEC technologies in three Silicon Valley startup companies including Vweb, StreamMachine and Futuretel.

Qunshan Gu, Ph.D. - Vice President, Customer Service & Satisfaction (CSS)

Dr. Gu has more than 16 years of experience after his Ph.D. His expertise covers a broad area of multimedia compression, networking and DSP. Prior to Vweb, Dr. Gu was a Principal Engineer and Technical Lead at PictureTel, where he served as their Principal member to the ISO MPEG and ITU-T VCEG committees. In addition, he was the inventor of many technologies employed in their product line. Prior to PictureTel, Dr. Gu was a Research Scientist in the Micronet Federal Centre of Excellence, Concordia University and the University of Montreal. Dr. Gu holds 6 patents, has published more than 30 papers, has authored one book and has had many of his proposals adopted by the international committees.

Arthur Hsiao - Vice President of Software Engineering

Mr. Hsiao has more than 15 years of experience in the development of multiple-software design platforms under Windows, Unix and Linux for Octel, PC-tel, Maxspeed and CTC Systems. He was a consultant at Philips, Vadam, Invisio and Skystream. He is an expert in the design and architecture of high-performance-kernel software for desktop and embedded systems. Mr. Hsiao received his MS in CS from the University of Kansas and his BS from National Chiao Tung University.

Jack Zhu - Vice President of Hardware Engineering

Mr. Zhu has more than 15 years of experiences in the development of both hardware and software. He was the system architect, project manager and key designer of multiple MPEG codec SOC, and he successfully led the SOC projects from spec to production. He was VP of Engineering at Powerlayer Microsystems, where he built up the engineering team and successfully developed the first product of the company. Prior to Powerlayer, he worked with ESS, Divio, Cyclonics, IBM and Beijing IC Design Center in technical management and engineer positions. He holds 4 patents of video SOC architecture and video processing. He received his MS and BS degrees in CS from Peking University.

Bob Rosenbloom - Director of System Engineering

Mr. Rosenbloom has more than 20 years of experience designing boards for various digital video products. He has built products for MPEG-1, 2 and 4 encoders, wavelet encoders, video servers, video surveillance and video test. Previously, he designed products for Futuretel, Innovacom, Stream Machine, Omnimedia, Optibase and Sycard. He is the co-founder of Digital Video, Inc. Mr. Rosenbloom received his BS EE from California Polytechnic State University, and is a member of SMPTE and AES.

Anna Tang - Vice President of Administration and Finance

Anna Tang has more than 30 years of accounting experiences in high-tech industry and financial industry. She was our accounting consultant since day one and joined Vweb on January 2007 as Sr. Director of Adm. and Finance. She will oversee Accounting, Human Resource, Administration and Shareholder Relation. Prior to joining Vweb, she was controller for various global start-up companies, and she was the controller of Bus Logic during the acquisition by Mylex. Anna gained her Bachelor in Finance in Taiwan National Chengchi University, and received her MBA with Santa Clara University.

HW Chen, Ph.D is the founder of Paradigm Technology, GSI Technology and Monet Capital, LLC.Ý Dr. Chen has over 20 years of experience in Semiconductor Technology.Ý Since 1980, he has been a successful Angel Investor in Abovenet, Transmedia and Paradigm.

William Chao - Board of Directors

Founder and Managing Director of Wing Wah Limited, a HK based venture capital firm focusing on high-tech investment globally. William Chao has more than 20 years of successful high-tech investment experiences in one of the top tier VC's in Thailand - H&Q, Asia Pacific. He was the Managing Director at H&Q, Asia Pacific in Thailand. Mr. Chao worked at First National Bank of Chicago and General Electric. He graduated from University of Chicago with an MBA degree and University of Indiana with a BS degree.
